Ciara + Will 04.12.13
My, oh my, Ciara and Will chose an enchanting backdrop for their vows. This is most definitely one of the most beautiful weddings we've witnessed, even with the light rain!

Congratulations to this wonderful pair!

And thank you to Signature Weddings and Events for helping to make it all come together.

Maggie + Pat 01.16.13
We adore this couple. They both somehow master elegance and maturity one moment and absolute carefree silliness the next. When we did their awesome engagement shoot earlier in the year, we knew this wedding would be spectacular.

And. It. Was.
It was just as fun as it was beautiful. (Thank you, Amy Osaba event/floral/designer extraordinaire for that!)

Maggie and Pat's wedding was one of a couple of weddings we photographed in 2012 that included the sibling of a bride or groom of a previous wedding we shot. We love doing those, not only because it means we had very happy customers, but then we already know half the family before we head to the wedding. Maggie is Leah's sister. Where Leah's wedding was whimsical summer wedding, her sister Maggie's was a retro, classic winter wedding.

Congratulations, Pat and Maggie! Thank you for helping us end another year of weddings with such a bang!

The McLean Family 01.03.13
I got to wander my own neighborhood in Atlanta with this beautiful family. It's hard to call heading to the park and laughing work, so pinch me.

Keri + Joseph 11.22.12
I remember going to a wedding with my step-mom when I was little, and she cried when she bride and groom said their vows. I was even a bigger eye roller as a kid, so I know my eyes risked getting stuck in my head at that moment. Well, fast forward 2 decades and now you might catch me crying at a wedding. It doesn't even matter if I don't know the couple one tenth as well as all the friends and family in the room, if the scene is beautiful, and their love just spills into the room, you might notice the back of my camera getting a little damp.

Keri and Joseph's was one of those weddings. We'd actually met the pair when we shot Joseph's brother John's wedding at an insanely fun and gorgeous wedding at a camp in New York, then we got to spend an afternoon with them when we did their engagement shoot. This wedding paired the romantic with the silly. The details were gorgeous and I think the crowd was as surprised as we were when Keri and her dad switched modes mid-Father-Daughter-dance from sweet and slow to a pretty darn accurate rendition of "Gangnam Style."

We know these two will have so many happy memories from this beautiful day. We're happy that our photos will help conjure up all those laughs and blushes and tears again.

Congrats, you two!!!
