Well, we knew this wedding would be beautiful because it was at Serenbe and every Serenbe wedding is beautiful. We didn't know this couple would be so gorgeous, or that they'd have a circle of flowers to stand in as they said "I do" after walking through arches of flowers, or that they'd write each other love letters and hammer them into a box to open on an anniversary years later. We didn't know the weather would be perfect, along with the beautiful details, or that the groomsmen would serenade the bride during the reception. These two have an energy that could light up a room. We could photograph a hundred weddings in a hundred days and not one would be the same and that's why we love what we do. Thank you, Caitlin. Shannon and Adam didn't initially imagine an indoor wedding or a white gown, but when it came together, it came together perfectly. These two were married in Brooklyn's Prospect Park Picnic House. The park was bustling full of people enjoying the break in the heat on their wedding day. Because we're getting married ourselves, each wedding we attend and each wedding we photograph we think about what we really liked and let me tell you, if we could hire Adam's brother to give a speech at our wedding, everyone would be in tears. There were so many heart-felt unforgettable speeches, which told us this couple is so loved, and that's not hard to understand after spending the day they said "I do" to each other with them. We go to Brooklyn a couple times a year and had never been to Prospect Park and we highly recommend it. What a perfect place to gather your favorite friends and beloved family.
