We're excited about a Sunday wedding in San Diego tomorrow. We came to the West Coast a couple days early to explore Baja and we fell in love with the beautiful Sea of Cortez on the edge of the desert.

sarah and erick were so much fun to be around. they are just about as goofy as we are. (david keeps making fun of me because i want them to adopt me at their wedding, i liked them so much.) we met them in virginia highlands at the same bar where they had their first date... aww... then we wandered around for some photo fun. poor sarah hobbled with a brand new sprained ankle -- she was such a trooper as we made her climb about and walk around from photo spot to photo spot.

we can't wait for their fall wedding!

where to start with this wedding? christine and michael's wedding was a great reminder of why we so love photographing a couple's special day together. they are so fun and completely beautiful together. you wouldn't know christine is such a laid-back bride, what with all the tiny awesome details in her wedding, from the candy bar, to the blooming tree branch centerpieces on the tables, to the hand-made cake topper she got from etsy. their wedding took place at a lovely church in new rochelle, new york and the reception was along the water at the glen island harbour club. michael showed-off his dance moves and even the bride and groom's parents and their friends joined in on the club-like dance atmosphere. this one will go down in the books.
